No cutting, wire splicing, or modifying your Miata is required. Just screw them and start enjoying the best music your Miata has ever experienced. This listing is for a set of (2) M800 speakers (left and right doors). Includes detailed, full-color installation instructions plus a link to our YouTube channel where you can watch actual complete installations for your 1990 – 2024 Miata (on YouTube, search for ‘3rd Millennium’ to find our channel. eBay won’t let us post the link here). For this listing simply select the model year for your Miata and you’ll get everything required for the installation. 1999 – 2015 models require our AD1 Mounting Kit which is included when you select your model year. 2016-2024 models require our AD2 Mounting Kit which is included when you select those model years. IMPORTANT: These speakers (or any normal speaker) will not work correctly in the 2009-2015 Miata with the factory Bose radio setup. The Bose amplifier limits the frequencies the speakers receive so a normal door speaker when installed will only get low frequency signals. Other years with a factory Bose radio will work fine although maximum output will be reduced somewhat although most users have reported there is still plenty of volume available for normal listening.
