Payment

Payment is due within 48 hours confirming your purchase. If any extensions are necessary, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping

Orders placed before 12pm EST are expected to ship within 1 business day of receipt. Please contact us regarding any consolidated quotes or international shipping estimates. We are happy to ship via recipient accounts!

Returns

Upon delivery of your item, please inspect and if you have any concerns reach out to us directly and we will attempt to resolve any issues immediately. We cannot accept returns on opened, new items such as disposables and implants, but will always accept returns in the case of non-functional items. If applicable, please have any items inspected by your biomedical technician prior to use.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand the function, handling, and proper use of the item being purchased. If we can be of any assistance, we are happy to help!
