The transfer tape provided is medium tact, which is great for adhesive vinyl, including Oracal 651 vinyl, and is less likely to cause damage to your workpiece or surface to which you are applying your vinyl. NOTE: This is permanent adhesive vinyl and will stick to your project/workpiece; a test patch of vinyl will also be included.
