eBay BATTLE OF MIDWAY! Did you SEE the MOVIE! Ensign George Gay was a Torpedo Bomber pilot in Torpedo Squadron Eight during the Battle of Midway. George was the only survivor of his squadron. The print is 18×24″ in size. Each print has been autographed by the artist and by George Gay with a soft graphic pencil. NUMBERS will VARY! Hang some History on your walls! As of January 2022 I only have 70 of these prints left so consider a print today! I am an aviation artist and a historian. I have personally worked with and interviewed over one hundred of our greatest aviators from France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the United States. I worked with Navy, Air Force and Marine Aces including three Medal of Honor winners. I have published a series of Famous American Aviators and Famous Allied and Axis Pilots. In my series I published 84 Limited Edition prints of which seventy-eight have been personally autographed by the aviators. At your service; Sir Ernie Hamilton Boyette MY prints are autographed by the artist and by the pilot. Each pilot autographed his prints in pencil. I started this series of Aviation Art to tell the story of a famous aviator and how he became famous with artwork of his aircraft. I have a short story that was approved by the aviator under the artwork of his adventures in the airplane featured. This is a RARE signature! This man has signed little ELSE! In my series I have rare signatures that are worth more than the art. If you combine my art with a signature of a VERY FAMOUS MAN… then I HAVE a wonderful series of VERY FAMOUS AVIATORS! George Gay was attacked by over 20 enemy fighters! They killed his best friend in the back seat who was trying to defend their aircraft! George got an enemy machine gun bullet through his arm! Then as George got closer to the Japanese fleet…EVERY gun was pointed at him because he was the only torpedo bomber left in his squadron. Every gun on every enemy ship fired over and over at George, as he flew straight at the Japanese carrier and ATTACKED! This man had BALLS!
