About Us About Us Founded in 2007, Deadgoodundies is a men’s underwear and swimwear website dedicated to the best designer brands from around the world. Launched by website and undies expert Adam Davies and fashion journalist Jane Garner, DGU has gained a reputation not just for always having a top notch selection of mens underwear styles – but also swift deliveries, excellent customer service and a willingness to make sure customers get the briefs, boxer briefs, slips, strings, thongs or trunks they want (even if that’s from another website or shop). Adam is the technical expert, having designed several etailing websites before the launch of Deadgoodundies. Deadgoodundies is committed to dispatching orders quickly and efficiently. Officially verified orders will be sent out within 7 days but in effect orders placed by 15:00 UK time on Monday-Friday will be mailed the same day. In the unlikely event an item on your order is out of stock you will be notified immediately by email. Please be advised cardboard boxes are flattened to avoid damage in transit and to ensure your privacy remains intact. Boxes are carefully dismantled, so if required you can easily reconstruct them – e.g. as a gift.

Orders within UK All orders for shipping to a UK address will be sent by Royal Mail.
Orders outside UK Orders shipped to non-UK addresses are sent using Royal Mail Tracked, Signed or Tracked and Signed depending on the destination. All provide proof of dispatch from the UK. Delivery time is approximately 3-7 working days to EU addresses and up to 14 days for the rest of the world. DGU cannot be held responsible if deliveries take longer than these estimates.
LOST PARCELS
Parcels will be considered as lost ONLY after they have been in transit for more than 28 days, but please notify us as soon as you are concerned that your shipment might be missing. If you do suspect that your parcel has been lost, please first check its delivery status with your local postal service (using your parcel tracking number provided by DGU if your local service offers one).

Shipments within the UK and EU are subject to VAT calculated at 20%.
Rest of the world
Orders for addresses outside the UK and EU are TAX FREE so no VAT is charged but you may be liable to pay import duty, please refer to your country’s customs and excise department for more information.

REFUNDS
If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, Deadgoodundies will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided they are returned within 30 days in their original packaging and condition – that means unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached and packing boxes/bags intact.
Items that have their tags removed will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer
If you wish to try on a product please try the item over a clean pair of existing underwear so as to maintain hygiene,/p>

DGU does not refund the cost of returning goods.
If you return your entire order to DGU we will refund the shipping cost you paid Deadgoodundies to ship it to you (excludes Royal Mail Special Delivery, overseas orders and if a FREE shipping option was available).

RETURNS PROCESS & INSURANCE
UK customers should return goods via Royal Mail IMPORTANT – obtain a FREE Certificate of Posting for all returns (available at Post Office counters) so if your parcel is lost in transit you will be able to claim for your losses against Royal Mail. NOTE: a Certificate of Posting insures goods up to the value of £30 only. If you are returning goods of a higher value, please consider using the Royal Mail?s Signed For or Special Delivery services which have higher insurance values.
International customers please return goods using a prepaid, insured, traceable method, clearly marking your package RETURNED GOODS to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain shipping documentation so in the event that your postal carrier loses the parcel you will be able to claim off them.
We will advise you by ebay message as soon as we receive your returned parcel and process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible – definitely no later than 14 days from receipt.
Refunds will be credited to the Paypal account used to pay for the original order.
Dead Good Undies will inform you as soon as the refund has been processed.
DGU cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when being returned, they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Terms Terms These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by deadgoodundies
No contract exists between you and deadgoodundies for the sale of any goods until deadgoodundies has received and accepted your order and deadgoodundies has received payment in full as cleared funds. Once deadgoodundies does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.Acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you by e-mail when the order is placed, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until your payment is taken and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point a binding legal contract is created that is subject to these Terms and Conditions. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below). deadgoodundies may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
Description and Price of Goods
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown at the time you place your order.
The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not in stock, DeadGoodUndies will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit you for any sum paid by you for the goods.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on Ebay are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, DeadGoodUndies will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price, or cancel the order if you prefer. If DeadGoodUndies doesn’t receive an order confirmation within 5 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 5 day period, deadgoodundies will refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
In addition to the price, you may be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods.
Payment to deadgoodundies
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made via Paypal at the time you place your order on Ebay. There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
Payment shall be made by you without any deduction whatsoever unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by deadgoodundies to you.
Deliveries
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you registered with Ebay (please allow up to 28 days for delivery) – deliveries are only made to countries listed within the delivery details of the listing.
Orders placed before 3.00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all items ordered are available. (A working day is a weekday, not including UK public holidays or Bank Holidays)
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under DeadGoodUndies control, DeadGoodUndies will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your Paypal account for delivery.
If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (other than by reason of circumstances under control of deadgoodundies ) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to deadgoodundies , we may: * re-ship the goods and charge you for reasonable costs of re-shipping OR * sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, deadgoodundies shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to deadgoodundies in their original condition (all tags and labels intact, original packaging intact, unwashed). Should you fail to return the goods, deadgoodundies reserves the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by deadgoodundies in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible (please allow 28 days for delivery) after your order has been accepted. However, deadgoodundies will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, deadgoodundies will inform you as soon as possible.
Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received, indicating they are in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your parcel at the point of delivery then please sign for it as ‘UNCHECKED’. Failure to do so may affect any claims that you make thereafter.
Risk/Title
The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until deadgoodundies has received in full, in cleared funds, all sums due to it in respect of:

* all other sums which are or which become due from you to deadgoodundies
deadgoodundies shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even though ownership of any of the goods has not passed from deadgoodundies .
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods (see below).
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to deadgoodundies by post, fax, email or via the Returns section of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and, where appropriate, their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to deadgoodundies at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown within the Returns section of the website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods we shall, after receiving notification in accordance with clause (3) or (4) here ask you to return the goods yourself and refund you reasonable postage costs.
Once you have notified deadgoodundies that you are cancelling the contract, deadgoodundies will refund or credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you do not return the goods as required, deadgoodundies may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for underwear or swimwear you have worn unless the only way to discover a fault is by wearing/washing the underwear/swimwear sold to you by deadgoodundies .

deadgoodundies will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless deadgoodundies is negligent, deadgoodundies will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
